End-User License Agreement — ESP Field Service App

This app is software built by and for Equipment Service Professionals Inc. ("ESP") for its own internal use. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone outside ESP.

1. Who may use it. Only ESP employees and others ESP authorizes, using a login ESP issues. Access ends when ESP removes the login.

2. License. ESP grants authorized users a limited, non-transferable right to use the app for ESP's business. Users may not copy, resell, or attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any other company.

3. QuickBooks connection. The app connects only to ESP's own QuickBooks company, with ESP's permission, to exchange customer, invoice and payment information ESP needs for its own records. ESP may disconnect it at any time from within QuickBooks or the app.

4. Data. Data in the app belongs to ESP. How it's handled is described in the Privacy Policy on this site.

5. No warranty. The app is provided as-is for internal use, without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, ESP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

7. Changes. ESP may update the app and this agreement at any time; the current version is posted at this address.

8. Governing law. The laws of the State of Illinois govern this agreement.
