Privacy Policy — ESP Field Service App

This app is used only by Equipment Service Professionals Inc. ("ESP") and the people ESP authorizes. It is not offered to the public.

1. What the app holds. ESP's own business records: customers and their locations, service calls, equipment, parts, purchase orders, invoices, and the employee information ESP needs to run its work, plus each user's login and screen settings.

2. QuickBooks. With ESP's permission, the app exchanges customer, invoice and payment information with ESP's own QuickBooks company. It uses that information only to keep ESP's records in step. It does not access any other QuickBooks company.

3. Where data is kept. On systems ESP controls. The connection page on this site passes Intuit's one-time sign-in code straight back to ESP's app; it stores nothing, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

4. Sharing. ESP does not sell or rent this information, and does not share it except with Intuit as described above, or where the law requires.

5. Access and security. Only authorized users with an ESP login can use the app, and each sees only what their role allows. Logins and connection keys are protected and are never shown in the app.

6. Keeping and removing data. ESP keeps records as long as its business and the law require. ESP can disconnect QuickBooks at any time, from QuickBooks or the app.

7. Changes. ESP may update this policy; the current version is posted at this address.
